1. Acceptance of Terms

12. Suspension & Termination

• phjl.ph Casino is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• phjl.ph Casino reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, phjl.ph Casino reserves the right to void any pending withdrawals and forfeit any bonus funds. Real-money balances not derived from bonus abuse or prohibited conduct will be returned to you following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may close your phjl.ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

13.1 Dispute Resolution

Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
